Collaboration Leads to FOOD HUB Report
Timothy Lindsey of IL Dept of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) along with Jim Slama of Family Farmed.org have released a report titled, “Building Successful Food Hubs: A Business Planning Guide for Aggregating and Processing Local Foods in Illinois”.
